REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Registration for the 2008 camp season will open January 7

 As long as there is space, we will accept applications. camps fill up quickly, so don't be left out!!

EARLY REGISTRATION OFFER

You will receive a free CHCI hat if you register early! Applications must be sent with a deposit and the envelope postmarked before March 31st 2008,with appropriate credit card information for payment. Note: we will still be accepting registrations after that date, space permitting.

FREE JERSEY FOR EACH ATHLETE

Each camper will receive a jersey. Don't forget to chose your jersey size on the application form.

POSTAGE RATES

USA Residents: Please ensure proper postage when mailing applications to Canada.

PAYMENT

Please Note: If you choose to pay the camps fees in 2 payments you must register by mail and not on line. The registration form is on our camp brochure. If you do not have a camp brochure you can contact us at camps@hockeyministries.org or by calling (514) 395-1717 and  we will be glad to send you one.

The format for 2 payments is as follows, $150.00 with the registration (by mail). Also a post dated cheque for the remainder of  fees due, dated 1 month prior to the start date of camp. 

Please make cheques payable to: Hockey Ministries International.  Currency: Please pay all fees in the Currency of the camp location (Canadian camps in Canadian funds, American camps in U.S. funds).     Post dated cheques will not guarantee a spot or qualify the camper to receive an free early registration hat.

- payments must be for the full amount.

CANCELLATION POLICY                     

In the event of a cancellation, a $70. cancellation fee will be withheld.

ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE

Parents are responsible to drop off their children at camp and pick them up within the designated times. Exact times will be mailed out in the information package that is sent to each camper 4 weeks prior to camp.
