**Read This Before You Register**
When you come to the payment section of the registration form, we ask that you select to enrol in the payment plan and pay the deposit only ($20 non-refundable). The remainder will be charged to your credit card 2 to 3 weeks prior to camp time. As part of the registration form in the checkout section the Activenetwork will offer the purchase of a Refund policy, this is independent of Hockey Ministries and we recommend that you not choose this as the cost is higher than our $70 cancellation fee.

As long as there is space, we will accept applications. Camps fill up quickly, so don't be left out! Register early to secure your space. Click on the Canadian or American flag to register for camps depending on the camp location.

REGISTRATION FEES AND PAYMENT
If you are registering after April 30th please note that the camp fee increases by $20 to support rush processing after the normal registration time period.
Please make cheques payable to Hockey Ministries International. A $20 non-refundable deposit cheque must accompany registration form, and cheques for the balance of fees may be post dated up to 1 month prior to camp.
Currency: Please pay all fees in the currency of the camp location (Canadian camps in Canadian funds, American camps in U.S. funds). Post dated cheques will not guarantee a spot.
Portions of camp payment may be tax deductible in certain regions.

In the event of cancellation, a $70.00 cancellation fee will be withheld.
ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE
Parents are responsible to drop off their children at camp and pick them up within the designated times. Exact times will be emailed out in the information package that is sent to each camper approximately one month prior to camp.
