Provide us with a void cheque and note indicating the amount of your monthly donation to be withdrawn from your account on the 15th of every month. You can mail it to the address above, email it to info@hockeyministries.org or fax it it to 514.394.9449

Stocks & Securities
You can transfer Stocks and Securities to Hockey Ministries International, receive tax deductible receipt for the fair market value of the stock and avoid the tax on capital gains. Hockey Ministries International will sell the stock after receiving it and put the proceeds toward our programs.

Gifts in Honour or Memory
If you would like to make a donation in honour/memory of someone you can call 514.395.1717 ext. 226 to provide us with the name of the person that you would like notified of your donation or include it with a note along with a cheque.
